*Upgraded* Life Size Han Solo in Carbonite Kit, Star Wars 1:1 Scale Movie Prop

I have upgraded to a better cast and this is now the most accurate casting of Han in Carbonite you will find on or off of eBay. Every picture I have posted here is from a cast I have made, I don’t post pics from the movie, we’ve all seen it. This cast comes directly from a mold of my Illusive Concepts Han in Carbonite, #744/1500, which was cast from the molds of the original prop. I stripped it of the clear coat and paint to reveal the detailed texture in the first three pictures. You can see the skin texture on his face, the wrinkles in his hands and the weave pattern in his shirt. These are made to order, I don’t make them and let them sit, gathering dust, waiting to be ordered. (They don’t last that long, I’ve tried it.)
This is a KIT....as shown in the last picture, it comes in 3 pieces plus the two toes. The pictures of finished pieces, I made those with the cast listed here. If you’d like a complete Han with lights and a base, that’s another conversation. Feel free to message me about that. (Many have asked if this listing is a completed item so I’m eliminating those questions.)
I try to make your work as minimal as possible but if you’re OCD like me, you always have to do a little work. At the most, you may do some sanding and obviously, the reattachment of the cut pieces. I don’t trim the edges, some folks prefer to use that to help smooth the transition to the flat surface. I cast them pretty thin but it’s fiberglass, I could put them in the box without bubble wrap and they’d be fine. The face and hands are the thickest parts, as those are the most important. Again, it comes cut into 3 sections, across the neck and across the waist and the two feet, totaling 54 inches long, top of the head to the bottom of the right knee.
The face and hands are urethane resin and the rest is made of fiberglass resin and fiberglass mat.
