DOA Policy
Buyer has 2 hour(s) from delivered time to contact us if any issues
Any time past that DOA will be voided
In the case there are DOA(s) please follow
1. Take 5 pictures of DOA(s) in unopened bag
2. Please send us a brief message telling us how many are DOA
3. We will process the claim and get back to you within 24hrs
4. We will refund the DOA(s) amount per shrimp
Cases where DOA is voided
1. Time is longer than the 2 hour(s) given
2. Package was not successfully delivered on first attempt (please make sure address is correct upon payment)
3. Stolen or missing (we understand this happens, please file a claim with USPS)
Each is a case by case, if any issues message and we will do our best to resolve with you

Shrimps will arrive stressed
Their coloration will not be at 100% and that is normal
Allow them some time to distress in your tank and color up
If your parameters are close and/or similar to ours they will have no issues coloring back up
