DOA Policy
Buyer has 2 hour(s) from delivered time to contact us if any issuesAny time past that DOA will be voided
In the case there are DOA(s) please follow1. Take 5 pictures of DOA(s) in unopened bag2. Please send us a brief message telling us how many are DOA3. We will process the claim and get back to you within 24hrs4. We will refund the DOA(s) amount per shrimp
Cases where DOA is voided
1. Time is longer than the 2 hour(s) given2. Package was not successfully delivered on first attempt (please make sure address is correct upon payment)3. Stolen or missing (we understand this happens, please file a claim with USPS)
