The "Giant Canyon" Isopod is a perfect "beginner" species for the budding Isopod enthusiast. Large adults can make it to just under 1" in total length and are extremely prolific under good care/proper conditions. P. dilatatus is also a wonderful addition to bioactive terraria as a "clean-up crew".
