These snails are a very unique, cool addition to your tank! Some have a brown shell and some have a black shell. This will be a random pull of 3 from the tank without regard to the shell color. They will not overpopulate your tank as they only have 1 baby at a time. They'll eat a whole range of foods, including dead plant matter, so they are easily cared for. Get them while you can...I'm a hobbyist, not an importer, so once they're gone, they're gone. :)
Water parameters: pH 7.8, TDS 250, temp 80-86f, moderately hard water
Additives: I don't use any other than Safe to remove chlorine during water changes. Otherwise, it is straight tap water.
