Refund policy:
Our No. 1 goal is for you and your plants to be infinitely happy. We only ship disease-free, high-quality plants, but sometimes things happen in transit. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your plants, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our very best to turn any frowns 100% upside down. We will not ask you to return the plants, as that is not in the best interest of the plants themselves.
Cancellation policy:
We will happily cancel your order if a cancellation request is received before your order is packed. Orders that have been packed and are ready to ship, or that have been shipped, are ineligible for cancellation.
