    LIVE Water Daphnia- Water Fleas  GENERAL INFORMATION: Comes with approximately 500+ LIVE Water Daphnia, they are perfect for feed your baby fish. High in protein, easily multiples, can live in a wide range of temps, great sub for brine shrimp.
    SHIPPING:
    We ship USPS on Monday-Saturday(see handing time), excluding Federal Holidays when USPS doesn’t deliver, in these situations we will ship out your order on the following shipping day. Cut off for shipping is at 12 pm EST Sunday-Thursday, so if you make your purchase before 12 pm EST on Sunday-Thursday your order should ship out the next day or two, on Fridays the cut off time is 6pm EST for Saturday's shippments, any purchases made after 6 pm EST  on Friday will ship the following week on the first shipping day(business day). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We only ship in the USA, excluding Hawaii, including D.C. and Puerto Rico. We are not the USPS and cannot control how long it takes for packages to arrive. We ship out healthy snails but when dealing with live animals and shipping things can get unpredictable. Ships USPS First Class( 2-6 days of delivery time), Priority Mail(1-4 days of delivery time), or Priority Express(1-2 days of delivery time), your choice, all three work however the faster your live product arrives the best chance it has at survival so suggest Priority or Priority Express. All three shipping options come with tracking however First Class is NOT insured by the USPS so is NOT protected if lost/damaged by the USPS(see our refund/reship policy below for more info). A FREE ice pack is included in ALL shipping options during summer and/or months with high temps. (WHEN USING ICE PACKS AND HEAT PACKS WE HAVE TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT TEMPS IN BOTH OUR LOCATION AND YOURS)  Priority and Priority Express also comes with a FREE insulated bag to better protect your order. Again we suggest upgrading to Priority to ensure your order has its best chance.  Please be mindful of not only your local weather but as well as our local weather (Sylvania, GA 30467), plus possible weather where your package will travel through. Please keep a close eye on tracking and get your order out as soon as possible and get them where they’re going. Please contact us with ANY issues ASAP.

    **HEAT PACKS, in the winter/colder months you may want to purchase a heat pack to go with your snail, if you live in an area experiencing cold temps please consider buying one. If you want to purchase a heat pack please send us a message or you can purchase one from our store. You will also have to upgrade to Priority shipping or higher, can not ship heat packs with First Class due to weight.
    REFUNDS and RE-SHIPPING:
    We do offer refunds or will re ship, if snails are DOA or you have any other issues please contact us within TWO hours of delivery and send pictures of snails, package and label so we can begin the process. On re-ships we will attempt to resend once, no additional charges. Priority and Priority Express is ALWAYS eligible for a full refund or reship but First Class is only eligible in the cooler months when an ice pack is not needed so if you choose to ship First Class in hot months when an ice pack is needed you are NOT guaranteed a full refund or reship. In the event that your package arrives after the USPS expected delivery date you will still receive your full refund or reship on us as long as you use Priority or Priority Express(we will file the claim with the USPS for the loss), this excludes First Class shipping since it is not covered by the USPS, however we may still offer a partial refund for your troubles. When doing refunds or reships no need for buyer to return order. You must do the above steps to be eligible for a refund or reship.
