Vintage 1960's or 70's Go-Kart With Power Bee Engine 580

Vintage 1960's or 70's Go-Kart. It has a Chrysler Power Bee Engine. Model 58041 Engine. Serial 9881.Condition is "Used". The engine is not locked up. It had the spark plug broke off and i put one back. I Cleaned the gas tank and added fuel but still not starting? Don't know much about small engines? Also has a back tire thats flat.SO I'M SELLING WHAT YOU SEE.THANKS FOR LOOKING
