STAR WARS THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK - 1980 35mm behind-the-scenes color slide

This EMPIRE STRIKES BACK publicity slide is from the files of a film magazine I edited in the 1980s (ENTERPRISE INCIDENTS and SCI-FI MOVIELAND). The publicity slides were obtained to illustrate articles and some of these were published and some were not. All slides in these auctions are 35mm full frame slides unless otherwise stated. All are original slides, not dupes. These came from studio publicity departments and many were hand picked by me and are much different than what was generally provided in press kits.

This slide is 2 inches by 2 inches and the image area is 7/8" x 1 1/4".
The border of this cardboard mount has no studio information printed on the edge, just a hand written description of what the slide is from. I got this in the 1980s and I don't know what its provenence is. I only have one of these and once sold will not be offered again by me in any form. Slide in excellent condition. Image is clear and sharp.
