Secondly, These mask are not custom fit and based on previous customer reviews, the elastic that keeps the mask in place may not be as fitted as you would like (this tends to be more apparent on the smaller sizes available)
If you find this is the case for you, below are a couple of tips to tailor it to your requirements:-
Slightly stretch the elastic and add a knot (preferably below or above the ear to avoid discomfort) this should then reduce the slacking of the elastic and wrap securely around the face. You can also remove the excess loop of the knot with scissors, but please make sure the knot is tight enough that it will not loosen after you've cut the excess.
**If you do use the above information, please take care with scissors while cutting the elastic**
Finally, based on customer feedback, we suggest sizing up (especially on the smaller sizes.) When you use our size guide to assess which size to order, please take into account that once the elastic wraps around your ears it will tighten the fabric to mold around your face. The size guide is based on measurements taken while the fabric sits straight and flat on a surface so please account for the reduction in size when elasticated and wrapped around the contours of your face.
Features of the mask
This covers your nose and mouth and is secured with elastic bands that wrap around the ears. There are 2 layers of fabric for added filtration.These are not substitutes for surgical or procedural masks and are not FDA cleared.Made with a soft polyester fabric that is easy to breathe through. They are washable and reusable.
