The Thread Director changes the orientation of the sewing machine's spool pin allowing metallic and delicate specialty threads to feed flat into the thread path eliminating twisting and breakage. Adapter fits on most sewing machine's vertical spool pin or bobbin winder. By installing The Thread Director on your vertical spool pin or bobbin winder, the thread remains flat while entering the tension discs eliminating twisting, pooling, breakage and frustration. The end result is a better finished project. Package includes: 1 Thread Spool Adapter. 1 Adapter Base, 4 Nylon Screws. 2 Medium Spool Caps, 2 Small Spool Caps, 1 Instruction Manual.

2. Please process your return through your Ebay account, this can be arranged via requesting a return authorisation through the eBay Messaging System.
3. Once authorised return the item within 30 days from the purchase date. PLEASE NOTE: Any item sent and stamped after the 30-day period has expired will be refused.
4. Please make sure the item is in the original packaging, include the paperwork so that we know who has return the item and in the original (unused) condition that you received it in. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PAPERWORK THEN PLEASE PROVIDE THE ORDER NUMBER AND YOUR EBAY ID.
5. Please ensure that the package has a tracking number and keep your Post Office receipt as proof of postage, should it become mislaid in the post, which can occur from time-to-time.
