    Description

    This is the kind of unique little point that you are never anxious to give it up.  “Father Time” says that I have to do so. Although small at 3/4 inch, it is the kind of “birdie” that becomes a small favorite.  Recovered in Northern California, it is made of dark gray, well patinated dacite.  It is thin, well-flaked, micro-serrated, and equally nice on both sides of the blade. The point is previous Jim Bennett and D.W. Brooks of “tandtrelics2.”  This is a special little point that was exceptionally well executed by the ancient knapper.  Don’t miss out on it.  I am a previous AACA Board of Directors member and this artifact carries the normal 14-day “no-questions-asked” inspection and return privilege.  (See my other listings for more quality artifacts).
