    This is a home or personal office use shredder. Please be advised that exceeding the 2 minute run time may result in the shredder overheating and not powering on, until after the 30 minute cool down period.
    All shredders are tested during factory production for quality assurance, finding a small amount of paper debris in the cutters or waste basket is completely normal.
