This listing is for our tank raised ramshorn snails. These are raised in our own tanks, and are guaranteed parasite free! Ramshorn snails are the perfect algae eater for nearly every aquarium! They wont eat healthy plants, and wont overpopulate unless there is too much food (left over fish food and plant matter) in the tank.
These are also great as feeders for various fish that require shellfish in their diets like puffer fish!

Shipping:
We ship live fish and invertebrates via USPS Priority Mondays - Wednesdays, or if you are within 100 miles of my location I will ship on Thursday as well. This is in order to avoid shipping delays causing the package to be held over the weekend prior to delivery. All orders will be shipped in an insulated package with a 72-hour heat pack when necessary at no extra charge. This is the default shipping method I use and have had nearly 100% success rates with it across hundreds of shipments spanning the last 5+ years.
I also offer local pickup for same day delivery at no charge.
Live animals will not be shipped to a P.O. Box.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
We offer a live arrival guarantee on all orders for live fish, invertebrates, and plants. There are some requirements that need to be met to receive reimbursement in order to protect myself but as long as these requirements are met we can guarantee 100% live arrival or you get your money back, or a replacement shipment for the DOA's at no cost to you. Our requirements are as follows:
1. Clear pictures of the DOA specimens in their original SEALED shipping bag must be submitted within 2 hours of FIRST delivery attempt for live animals or invertebrates, or within 4 hours for plants. This is to avoid claims for packages containing live specimens that have been left in the sun, cold, mailbox, etc. for extended periods. Tracking is provided for all shipments containing live specimens, and I do check delivery times / attempts made for all claims.
2. We send extras in case of DOA on all shipments of live animals, in order to submit a claim there must be more DOA's than the extra amount added, we will only cover up to the number of animals listed. Example: If you ordered 3 plecos, we sent 3 + 1 extra, and 1 of the 4 were DOA, this would not qualify for any compensation. If 2 or more were DOA in this case we would either offer a partial refund, or reshipment of the DOA plecos at no charge, this is decided on a case by case basis.
3. We will only offer reshipment for DOA's one time, if the reshipment arrives DOA no further reshipments will be attempted and a refund will be issued instead. It is extremely rare but on some occasions it is just not possible to ship animals safely to certain areas due to many outside factors such as time of year, weather, local post offices mishandling packages regularly, etc.
4. All claims must be submitted to us via an eBay message, we will not settle disputes outside of this platform for any orders placed via eBay. We also ask that you contact us with any concerns and allow us to correct any issues prior to submitting an official claim through eBay. If a claim is submitted directly to eBay without contacting us first to remedy any issues we will not accept any further purchases from your eBay account.
