Standard Shipping:
If you are willing to wait one month or more for your order to arrive and you do not need tracking information, this method is the choice for you. We highly discourage that you choose the standard shipping method. Most international orders will arrive within 4 weeks when the standard shipping method is selected. The standard shipping method used for most international orders is USPS First-Class International Mail. Not only does this method take a while to arrive, there is little to no tracking information provided by the carrier. We offer you the choice to select a much faster and more reliable shipping option, therefore we will not be held responsible for slow delivery times.
Expedited Shipping:
You can expect to receive your order within 10 to 15 days, but it can take longer in rare cases. We highly recommend that our international customers select the expedited shipping method. The expedited shipping method used for most international orders is USPS Priority International Mail. This method easily cuts the delivery time in half over the standard method. Not only will it arrive at least twice as fast as the standard method, the carrier provides some tracking information so you can monitor where your order is at.
Shipping Insurance:
We insure international shipments that we are allowed to insure. The USPS allows us to insure shipments to many countries, but not all of them. We are required to wait 45 full days from the date of shipment before we can file an insurance claim. We are not responsible for orders that take longer than usual to arrive, but after 45 days we will file an insurance claim. If you have a severely delayed shipment, please communicate with us and be patient as we investigate the issue.
Customs Paperwork:
We DO NOT mark merchandise values below what you pay for them or mark items as gifts. US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Import Fees:
Import Duties, Taxes, and any other fees charged at the time of delivery by your local carrier are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping fees, therefore they are the buyer's responsibility. We will not be held responsible and will not reimburse the buyer for any of these fees.
