    Description

    This is a super nice, authentic, Mississippian discoidal that was found in Jefferson County, Missouri.  Made of an attractive brown quartzite, it has a diameter of 3 1/8 inches and a thickness of 1 1/2 inches.  This discoidal is cupped (biconcave), Jersey Bluff style, very well made, and very highly polished.  It is a no brainer piece, and comes with a Tom Shenk (Bannerstone Tom) Certificate of Authenticity.  This is a really nice artifact!
