You are purchasing 5 milk snails, Otala lactea. Originally from the Mediterranean regions of Europe, they were imported to the U.S. for culinary use. Very easy to take care of. They make great pets, food for pets, or food for humans :)I will ship mostly adults and sub-adults, at least the diameter of a nickel. They have various color morphs, but are all the same species. I guarantee live delivery and will send a few extra just in case. If you are interested in a large order, message me and we'll work something out. I only ship on Monday and Tuesday to help ensure live arrival, so total handling time may exceed 5 days. Right now, the post office is experiencing difficulties. I am still shipping, but sometimes 3 days can turn into 5, or 7. Good news is that the snails are usually fine. They frequently go into dormancy during shipping and can be reawakened by immersing in cool water for a few minutes.
