You will receive 12 live freshwater mussels with a couple extra in case of a loss. These mussels will help filter water in ponds and aquariums. In case of d.o.a please send two clear photos within an hour of delivery. I will send tracking as soon as I ship to keep track of your package so it doesn’t sit in extreme temperatures. A dead mussel will be fully opened, a live mussel will open slightly. If you have any questions please feel free to ask and I will answer to the best of my knowledge! I can only guarantee the mussels arrive alive, acclimation is a process I cannot guarantee, and is completely out of my hands. Please do not purchase from me if this is not acceptable for you.
