You are buying Live Freshwater Clams or Mussels for bio filter to keep Aquariums/Ponds clean and clear. If you have puffer fish, freshwater are their favorite foods. All orders will get 5 to 10 extra clams depend on order size.
These clams are fresh caught from clean natural pond with no pollution.
They are cold hardy. So you can leave them in the pond outside in winter. As long as the water does not frozen solid in winter, they are fine.
Note: If extreme cold in winter or hot in summer, please pickup your package from mailbox quickly.
