    An Original Vintage Theatrical Mexican Movie Lobby Card
    Les Diaboliques (released in the U.S. as "Henri-Georges Clouzot's Diabolique" and in other English-speaking countries as "The Fiends"), the 1955 Henri-Georges Clouzot ("France's master of suspense") French romantic love triangle crime murder mystery suspense horror thriller ("Don't Reveal the Ending!"; "An Extraordinary New Motion Picture"; "IMPORTANT: During the entire engagement no one will be seated in the theatre once the main feature has begun. Please observe the Time Feature Schedule carefully."; based on the novel by Pierre Boileau and Thomas Narcejac) starring Simone Signoret, Vera Clouzot, Paul Meurisse, Charles Vanel, Jean Brochard, Noel Roquevert, and Pierre Larquey. Note that Alfred Hitchcock wanted to buy the film rights to the source novel for this film, but Clouzot beat him to the punch. The authors subsequently wrote "D'Entre Les Morts",
    and Hitchcock filmed it as 1958's Vertigo
