What can I say, it came with the lot I bought. This vest is practically brand new and is in beautiful condition. As evidenced by the label this is a genuine Harley Davidson product. Inside the vest is a roomy pocket on the left side, ideal for a phone. Both outside pockets have a snap closure to reduce chances of loss. The size is a men's large with roomy arm holes.
