Tank bred mystery snails, offspring of golden mystery snails as well so if they breed in your aquarium chances are high that all babies will also be gold. They have not produced any other color morphs for us thus far. Mystery snails are a great addition to almost any freshwater aquarium, they make great tank-mates for aggressive betta fish, help eat algae, decaying plant matter, uneaten fish food and more. Freshwater aquatic snails prefer harder more alkaline water opposed to the opposite and should be fed calcium fairly regularly to maintain healthy shells.
