This sewing machine has never been used. It is still in the plastic wrap. The box has been opened, but the machine itself was never used.
*Please note that this machine has a couple items missing: the CD and the embroidery sheet are not included. These are both pretty easy to replace, if needed. Aside from the CD and embroidery sheets, everything else has been inventoried and will be included in your purchase. All included pieces are new and used.
