    , common name the "Bleeding Tooth", is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Neritidae.
    This type of snail is marine only. They tend to be found on rocky shores cleaning the rocks.  They are best used in a tank with a lid or used as live food for Puffers, Mantis Shrimp and other predators.
