    GENERAL INFORMATION:
    Great feeder snail and cleaner, freshwater tanks, water temp 72 to 82 degrees, comes with about 31-34 depending on size, size ranges from small to medium, see pictures for size.
    SHIPPING: **WE SHIP PRIORITY**
    We COMBINE SHIPPING!! We ship on Monday’s and Tuesday’s excluding Federal Holidays when USPS doesn’t deliver, in these situations we will ship out your order on the following shipping day. Cut off for shipping for Monday is at 6pm EST on Sunday and the cut off for Tuesday shipping is at 6pm EST on Monday. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but we do this to avoid packages getting stuck out in weekend traffic. We only ship in the USA, including all 50 states, D.C. and Puerto Rico. We are not the USPS and cannot control how long it takes for packages to arrive. We ship out healthy snails but when dealing with live animals and shipping things can get unpredictable. Please be mindful of your local weather. We supply a ice pack if needed. Ships Priority and Priority Express(ships in same box with a Express label and sticker), either typically work great however the faster your live product arrives the best chance it has at survival so suggest Express. Please keep a close eye on tracking and get you snails out as soon as possible and get them where they’re going!!
    REFUNDS and RE-SHIPPING:
    We do offer refunds or will re ship, if snails are DOA or you have any other issues please contact us within TWO hours of delivery and send pictures of snails, package and label so we can begin the process. On re-ships we will attempt to resend once, no additional charges. On refunds we will issue a full refund. You must do the above steps to be eligible for either.
