    This authentic example of a very well made Lost Lake made of a beautiful Fort Payne Chert with heavy patina, found in Benton County, Tennessee.  Great form and flaking. Tip, tang, and part of base and blade edge restored.  See the restoration certificate for an image of the “as found” artifact.   The restored area is a mixture of all stone, no putty is ever used.
