This is a Large Authentic Prehistoric Flint Lance type artifact from Muskingum County Ohio. It appears to be made from Brush Creek flint.
This outstanding and undamaged flint knife is 4 inches in length.  Undamaged legitimate artifacts or arrowheads of this length are hard to come by.
It would be a great addition to any Midwest point collection.
