Authentic Indian Artifact Arrowhead Klamath Lake Oregon or Washington Dk Brown

My husband of 38 years past away a few years ago at the age of 82. He hunted for & collected arrowheads since he was a young man.
I am downsizing his collection.
I will try my best to describe any flaws, but I really do not know much about them.
Some of his arrowheads were pictured in Overstreet Identification  and Price Guide Book INDIAN ARROWHEADS by Robert M. Overstreet, Eighth Edition
This dark brown colored artifact arrowhead is  2" long, 3/16" thin and  9/16" across
May have  damage.
The last  picture is the frame where this arrowhead  or artifact came from.
This point was on the side of the frame, so I don't know if it was from Washington or Klamath Lake in Oregon
