    Description

8 PINK Ramshorn Designer Live Snails Freshwater Aquarium Pond Snail.
8 Pink Live & Healthy Ramshorn Snails
You will receive snail sizes 1/2 inch, some may be larger.
The smaller snails are more resistant and have a better chance of surviving traffic.
They can grow very fast when given more food and will reach 1" in diameter. Colors of snails will vary, pictures are an example not the exact snail you will receive.
    RECOMMENDED TANK PARAMETERS:
pH level range: 7.0 and up
    Temperature range: 60° - 80° F (16° - 27° C)
    Water type: Soft to hard
Recommended Aquatic Arts tank mates: Other types of snails (Nerite snails, Mystery Snails, Sulawesi Snails, etc.), dwarf shrimp . They can also be kept with small to medium-sized, non-aggressive fish.
Additional notes: Ramshorn Snails are not picky at all about their water parameters, and they tend to reproduce like crazy in almost any conditions. If you run into problems with snail overpopulation, a few Assassin Snails will quickly take care of the problem. Ramshorn Snails eat algae, waste, and invertebrate pellets or fish food. Snails are very sensitive to copper, so watch out for copper if you use tap water in your tank.
    ACCLIMATION
It's highly recommended to acclimate your new snails by adding 1 TB of tank water every 10 minutes over the course of an hour before adding them to your fish tank. This helps ease the shock of new water parameters.
***Snails may not move or be lethargic up to a day from being out of water for days during transit. Put your snails in an area of your tank with some food pellets and check back to see if they've moved over the next few days.
***Snails may float when they first enter your tank, it's because of air pockets inside their shell. They will find their bearings when they start moving around.
    ***
Snails are likely to be dead when their bodies are out of their shells and smell rotten.
    *SHIPPING
    - Snails are well-packaged inside a deli cup with a wet paper towel and punctured hole for air. The cup is then placed inside a shipping box then covered with a poly mailer. During winter, denim insulation will be used to shield the snails from the cold. During Summer, reflective insulation is used.
    - I ship orders on SATURDAYS & MONDAYS only. After shipping thousands of orders, I've found this schedule to be the best days to ship, packages spend the least amount of time in transit.
    - Each purchase is provided with a tracking #, please follow the route of your package and bring in your snails promptly after the delivery. Any DOA after 3 hours of delivery is void. Plants left outside in high/low temperatures will drastically lower their ability to survive.
    *LIVE Guarantee/ Reporting DOA
    - 1st class mail is guaranteed up to 5 days in transit. If USPS delivers after 5 days, Live Arrival Guarantee will be voided.
    - Priority mail is guaranteed regardless of delivery time. Please pay a few bucks extra for Priority so your snails have a higher chance of arriving on time & in good condition. You can choose your shipping option at checkout by clicking the drop-down menu.
    - Temperature is very important for live delivery. Please check the 7 day weather forecast in your location before placing your order. My customers have not had any DOA issues due to cold/hot weather but please be aware that live arrival guarantee is voided when your temperatures are below 30F or above 90F.
    - If you receive DOA snails, please take clear pictures of the snails and message me within 3 hours of the FIRST delivery attempt. Guarantee is void if the 1st delivery attempt is unsuccessful.
    *RETURN
Due to the nature of live snails, I cannot accept returns. However, if you have any issues or concerns, please contact me so we can have a discussion.
