Our fish are shipped on Monday and Tuesday mornings to avoid any possibility of the shipment being held up at a Carrier’s Facilities over the weekend. Fish typically arrive in 1-3 business days.
Reporting DOA
- Temperature is very important for live delivery. Please check the 7 day weather forecast in your location before placing your order. Please be aware that live arrival guarantee is voided when your temperatures are below 30F or above 90F.
- If you receive DOA snails, please take clear pictures of the snails and message me within 3 hours of the FIRST delivery attempt. Guarantee is void if the 1st delivery attempt is unsuccessful.
