Shipping will occur on the following Monday to Wednesday after order is paid. This is to avoid the fish/snails dying en route.
Please know we will follow the normal packing procedure done to ship fish/snails.
We use a big bag and properly fill it with air and clean water.
We put your new fish/snails in a tank to quarantine and lower the temp to bring down metabolism to make the trip easier for them.
We hand raise every fish/snail.
