I ship on Mondays to ensure that your package gets delivered by the weekend. When you receive your package plants might be a bit yellow or wilted. A few days in water with good lighting should bring them back to their deep green. This is common when shipping plants and shouldn’t be a big concern as long as you follow the previous instructions.
To prevent a DOA be sure to take in the package as soon as possible and avoid leaving the package in a hot mailbox or unattended in general for extended periods of time to prevent warping on the plants and death of the snails.
DOA policy (dead on arrival). 4 clear pictures must be sent to me of the deceased within 2 hours of the package being delivered. failure to complete this will void the possibility for a refund or replacement to be issued.
