Shipping policy:
Shrimp will be shipped in breather bag insulated with styrofoam or fiberglass.

DOA policy:
Live arrival is guaranteed. In an event of dead on arrival, two clear photos of unopened breather bag are required within 2 hours of arrival, refund will be issued for the dead. Shrimp are not guaranteed past arrival. Shipping charges are not cover by our DOA policy.
