    Invertebrates will be in breather bags packed in a Styrofoam box with insulation and. We ship on Monday through Wednesday with USPS Priority Mail.
    We ship to all 49 States in the Continental United States. We do not ship to Hawaii or Puerto Rico due to strict customs restrictions related to importing live animals into those states.
    In the rare of case of Dead On Arrival (DOA), please take clear photos of the invertebrate(s) in the unopened bag within 1 hour of the first delivery attempt or pick-up and send it to us . If temperatures in your area on the day of delivery are below 40F or above 90F, post office pickup is required for the Live Arrival Guarantee. Your local post office will be able to hold your package for pickup if you call them prior to the day of delivery. Refund will be for the cost of lost invertebrate(s) only. If a replacement is requested instead of a refund, we will invoice you the shipping cost for the replacement.
