I send larger snails first.
I will only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays. This is to prevent the snails from sitting over the weekend anywhere.
Incase of dead on arrival. I ask that you please follow the tracking number and report any issues within 1-2 hours of being marked as delivered. A picture or short video helps me see the condition they have arrived in.
