    Helix Aspersa Maxima ( Gros-Gris) snails are grown for multiple uses – perfect as pets, escargot, caviar, science projects,  and food feeding to reptile snake, skinks , tegu and monitor lizards….and many more….
    They reach sexual maturity in 6 - 9 months and lay about 120–180 egg each time. They have both female and male reproductive cells (hermaphrodite), so any two snails cross-mate.
    You need a ventilated container to raise them in a moist  environment  with temperature between 25°C  and 35 °C, they eat fresh vegetables such as  lettuce and carrorts, with supplements of calcium such as ground shells and calcium tablets.
