3 Gold/ ivory Mystery Snails (Pomacea Bridgesii) Live Freshwater Snail - size may very. Most are juvenile to adult size currently. Pictures are an just to show some of the colored snails you might get. Color and size may very, you will not receive the exact snails in the picture.
I only ship Mondays and Tuesdays for the snails health.
The shipping is not refundable but in case of doa
I will refund the cost per each dead snail. For refund in case of doa a clear picture of the snail must be shown with in an hour of arrival with confirmed delivery. After an hour has passed from the confirmed delivery time I can not offer a refund.
I do not accept returns. In most cases return on live snails isn’t healthy for these animal. Also after the snails are introduced to the customers tank I can not add them back to my tank for my pet’s health reasons. If you do not read the description I can not take any responsibility for that.

Update. First class shipping will only have live guarantee up to 5 days in postage. If you pay more for small flat rate priority mail live guarantee will be covered till an hour after confirmed delivery as long as temperatures are above 40 degrees. For live guarantee coverage with cold weather please add on a heat pack. Shipping is non refundable but I will refund each dead snail if everything meets the guidelines.
