    Disclaimers Upon Arrival
When your order first arrives please expect the snails to be in an inactive state. When your order first arrives please expect the shrimp to be discolored and in an idle state. The coloration and inactive state may arrive dull or less colorful compared to the photos due to a number of reasons:
    Stressful shipping process
    New environment or surroundings
    Nonoptimal temperatures or water parameters
If your snails are inactive we recommend putting your snails in the optimal temperatures and waiting 24 - 48 hours before determining whether or not they have arrived dead. If your shrimp are discolored, we recommend acclimating the shrimp to the new water parameters and temperatures. This process may take about a week or more for them to fully regain their coloration. Please keep in mind that they are trying to adjust to their new environment, but with the optimal care and diet it will allow them to recover quickly.
