Description of Assassin SnailsThese Assassin Snails were directly imported from Thailand. They are approximately 1.7 - 2 cm (.69 - .78 inches) in size. Assassin snails live in freshwater and prefer a temperature of
65-77°F with a 6.5-7.5 pH range. The snails are known to consume pest snails and are also decomposers, meaning that they will consume: dead fish, fish secretions, excessive food left over, and etc.

Dead Upon Arrival Policy
We include an
EXTRA
snail in case some of your snails arrive dead.
If your snails arrive dead please contact us immediately. We will require you to send us
CLEAR
photos of your snails that are dead. If it is possible we highly recommend photos of them in the bag. If you
DO NOT
send photos of all the dead snails we will give you a partial refund for
ONLY
what has died. If you do however fulfill these requirements we will give you a full refund. This
DOES NOT
include the shipping fee because this service has already been fulfilled. If you would prefer to get another set of shrimp due to them arriving dead please contact us.
