Description

2004 Jeep Wrangler. Condition is "Used".
I bought this Wrangler a few years ago from the original owner.  All work was done by him.  I originally intended to off road it with my son but instead he ended up using it as a driver to high school for two years.
It has full doors and a hard top
4.0L 6cylinder, 5spd Manual Transmission,
List of work done:
4" suspension lift (don't know the make) 1" body lift
4- 35" cooper discovery tires (spare rim matches but not tire)
Rear Dana 44 with ARB air locker
Tom Woods Drive shafts
Full weld in roll cage (welds are ugly)
Superwinch EPI9000, synthetic rope
Slip Yoke eliminator kit
Currie HD steering kit
ViAir 450 continuous duty air compressor (I've never used it, but it works)
The backseat was removed and a single off-road seat was placed in the middle rear and a 13 gallon air tank, connected to the compressor was added.
Center Force Clutch
Jet Stage2 Chip
Throttle Body space
Cold Air intake
Flow Master 40 series muffler (deep exhaust note, sounds great!)
Comes with the pile of new parts in the picture
Swingout rear tire carrier with full size matching spare
Body is solid, the tail gate opens and closes hard, I think there may be a dent under the corner protectors.  Cant tell from looking at it.
There are pictures of the frame, it is in really good shape.  Floors are rock solid. The added aftermarket skid plate has rust, but it could be cleaned and painted, or just removed altogether.
Now for what it will need:
Windshield is cracked
I replaced the rear brake lines but they still need to be bled.  This will need to be trailered home.
I put a new Optima Red Top battery in, starts and runs great...But something is drawing on the battery constantly.  I believe it to be one of the auxiliary switches the original owner put in to control various off road and rock lights.  I just haven't traced it down.  The Jeep charges the battery as it should when it is running, but will drain the battery over the course of a day or two if left sitting.
The radio is currently removed and in the front seat.
The outside passenger door handle doesn't work and the driver's works hard.  I have two new replacements to go along
The front fenders are some rotten looking, rusty, welded tube pieces of crap.  I have two new replacements for those as well, same style and color, black.  Will look great and make a big difference when changed.  I also have two new hood latches for the new fenders, one of the old ones is broken.
Check engine light is on, but the only code it throws is for an Evap System leak.  It runs really well
One of the cheapest TJ's on Ebay.  Save some cash and put a weekend's worth of elbow grease repairing the above list and you will have a really nice Jeep to drive for some time.  My son left for college last fall and it hasn't gotten used nearly enough to justify keeping it, I have my eye on another motorcycle!
Will work with your shipper if needed
