It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the package on the day of delivery. If no one is available, the package

be delayed or returned to the carrier's facility. We cannot be held responsible for any delay or damage caused by failed delivery attempts. Livestock is sensitive to swift temperature changes. We can not be held responsible if the package is left outside. It is crucial to bring it inside and remove them from the shipping containers as soon as possible.
Unsuccessful delivery attempts resulting from incorrect addresses, unit numbers, or lack of property access such as gate codes, does not meet the criteria for the live on arrival
guarantee.
Snails can take several hours to wake up. In the rare event that the livestock is DOA:
Take a picture & 10 second video of the dead livestock within 4 hours of delivery. Timestamp checked by shipping carrier tracking.
Arrive alive policy: we will reship one time, or else we can issue a full refund of the snails minus the shipping costs. No refunds after reship.
