And remember, we do offer financing, so contact us to get pre approved oryou will have to have your own funds available at the end of the auction.

All vehicles are sold "as-is" with no warranty expressed or implied. Thevehicle will be described accurately, but remember these are used, they willshow signs as such. There may or may not be additional maintenance required aswould be expected on used vehicles. You are not bidding on brand new, so theremay be parts of the vehicle that are not brand new. I am sure this is obviousto most people, but I just want it to be perfectly clear. I will do my best todescribe all the obvious and important things so you have a good idea of whatyou are buying.

Buyer is responsible to obtain their own insurance on any vehicle purchased. Insuranceis provided by the transport company for all vehicles during shipping. Shippingis the sole responsibility of
the buyer.

All Vehicles 10 or more years old are sold exempt from mileage guarantees unlessspecifically mentioned. If I have documentation to back up the miles on thisVehicle, I will.

Paymentwill be made by cash, cashier’s check or money order, Bank wire transfer orBank financing. A 0.00 dollar deposit must be received within 24 Hoursfollowing close of auction and remainder paid within 5 business days unlessother arrangements are agreed upon.

Ohio residents must include sales tax. Accordingto Ohio law, if an out of state purchaser takes delivery of a vehicle inthe state of Ohio they will be exempt unless Ohio collects sales tax for yourstate. Any additional fees or taxes will be the responsibility of thepurchaser.

Buyer assumes all the cost of shipping. We do have local transport companies that weuse or can refer.

All titles are guaranteed to be clean and free of any liens.
