1988 Honda Accord
This is the 3
rd
generation 2.0L sedan. I bought this vehicle from an elderly lady that no longer wanted to have a second vehicle. This is one of the cleanest Accords you will find. No cracks in the dash, rust underneath, or fading paint. Original paint and is in good condition. It has been garage kept. Recent maintenance includes new valve cover gasket, distributor, rack and pinion, AC compressor and condenser, brake pads, rotors, calipers, and brake fluid changed. AC blows ice cold. 2 new tires and the other two have a lot of tread on them. Windows, cruise control, etc all work. Car starts right up and shifts smoothly. The radio antenna goes up and down. There are a bunch of service records for the vehicle. If you’re looking for an all original low mileage Accord this is it.

1. Before You Bid
1.1. Read the Vehicle Description and Ask Questions. I spend a lot of time creating my listings, and I make every effort to thoroughly, accurately and fairly describe the vehicles I offer. If you have a specific question or concern, or if I missed something, please feel free to ask. Please keep in mind that I sell pre-owned vehicles. As with any pre-owned vehicle, minor cosmetic flaws may be visible under close inspection.
1.2. Be Aware That Vehicles Are Offered As Is/No Warranty Unless Stated. Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, the vehicle is being sold “as-is”, with no warranty. I try to accurately and fairly describe any known mechanical or cosmetic issues. However, as with any vehicle, mechanical or other failures may occur from time to time, and I cannot represent or warranty that they will not. You are responsible for any repairs made after the sale.
1.3. Mileage May Vary Slightly. I indicate the mileage of each vehicle at the time of listing. Please note that actual mileage may be slightly higher at the time of the end of the auction and/or delivery as the vehicle may be driven while the auction is underway.
2. Bidding on the Vehicle
2.1. Ready to Bid? If you’re ready to bid, great! Please keep in mind a few requirements and courtesies. Please intend to, and be ready & able to (financially and otherwise), complete the purchase of the vehicle within the timeframes set out herein. Participating just for sport without the intention to complete the transaction is unfair to me and to other users, and it wastes a lot of time and money. I may obtain the registered information of users participating in my auctions, and may filter or cancel any bids in my discretion.
2.2. I May End An Auction Early. "Buy it now" auctions may end at any time if the buy it now feature is exercised or a "best offer" is accepted. I seldom end "no reserve" auctions early. However, I reserve the right to end any auction without notice at any time for any reason in my sole discretion.
3. Completing the Transaction
3.1. Contact Me. If you are the winning bidder, congratulations! You must contact me within 24 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements for the completion of the transaction. Many of my auctions end well after normal business hours, so sending me a message through eBay is generally the best way.
3.2. Pay a Deposit. You must also pay a non-refundable 0.00 deposit via PayPal within 24 hours after the end of the auction to secure the vehicle.
3.3. Pay the Balance Due. You must pay the remaining balance due within 7 days after the end of the auction.
3.4. Payment Methods. I accept wire transfers, cashier's checks, personal checks, and cash in person. The vehicle will be held until payment is cleared (personal checks can take up to 14 business days to clear). I accept PayPal for the payment of deposits only. All funds must be in US dollars.
3.5. Fees and Taxes.
3.5.1. Sales Tax.
3.5.1.1 I do not collect any sales tax; you will be responsible for paying your state's sales tax directly.
3.5.2. Tag &Title.
3.5.2.1. I will provide you with the vehicle's title, and you will be responsible for handling the tag and title work in your state.
3.6. If You Fail to Pay or Communicate with Me. I expect the transaction to go smoothly. However, if you fail to (i) make contact with me, (ii) pay the deposit, (iii) provide me with required signatures/documents, or (iv) pay the remaining balance (including applicable fees, taxes, and charges), within the timeframes set forth herein, I reserve the right to keep your deposit and re-list the vehicle or otherwise sell it as I see fit, without notice, in my sole discretion. I also reserve the right to report the issue to eBay in my sole discretion.
4. Take Delivery of Your New Vehicle
4.1. Shipping. Itis frequently less expensive to have a vehicle shipped to your location than itis to fly in and drive it back, and certainly more hassle-free. I can assist you in finding a shipper and can get very competitive shipping quotes. I assume no responsibility for damage to the vehicle incurred after it leaves my premises. If you decide to fly, the nearest airports are MCO and SFB. Your vehicle will be available to ship out once full payment is received and has cleared; I send out titles once payment has cleared.
