    Description

    Offered for sale is this nice advertising cover from picturing a Keystone-Elgin pocket watch "Stocked in all qualities & in all sizes for both ladies & gentlemen."  It was mailed to a man in New Bedford, Massachusetts.  The cover is franked with singles of Scott #2 and Scott #5 of South Africa.  there is a Johannesburg roller cancel.  A purple marking Passed Censor 21_8.  On the left side of the cover is the censor tape he used for resealing it.
    This will make a nice item item for a collection of South Africa postal history or of advertising covers.
