We ship
Mondays and Tuesdays, excluding holidays
. We only ship these days so that the live aquatic animals aren't held up in a USPS warehouse over the weekend.
DOA POLICY
Guaranteed live arrival or full refund with clear photographic evidence in bag within 2 hours of first scheduled delivery attempt. Please DO NOT discard DOA livestock until photos are confirmed received.
Opening the bag will void all guarantees. Removing the deceased shrimp from the bag will void all guarantees.
Refund won?t be issued if your package is delivered and not attended to for more than 2 hours, or if the package is not received within the first delivery attempt. No refunds will be given for losses caused by shipping delays or delivery failures.
Please be responsible and track your package on USPS website so that you can be there to receive them. Shipping charges are not included under our DOA policy.
