Planorbis arnoldi
are quite rare in the hobby. Like many other members of the
Planorbidae family
, they are hermaphroditic, air breathing egg layers who spend 99% of their life in freshwater.

These snails are USA indoor bred, and checked regularly for any form of parasite or disease.

Around!:
Shipping is usually done Monday, or Tuesday via USPS Priority Mail. The snails will be
insulated
to ensure any
temperature changes happen very gradually.
Something else I do which might be considered over-kill to some snail & invertebrate shippers is
I add a small clipping of Poly-Filter.
This is a sponge infused with a
patented material that is used to
absorb numerous toxins including ammonia.
Both of these help ensure your snails are not only safe, but comfortable as they make their way to their new home.
Dead on Arrival:
While this hasn't happened yet. If you do receive any DoAs, you will absolutely be refunded for any/each DoA. The only requirement is that I be informed of the DoA within 2 hours of the delivery time to ensure that the DoA was due to the shipping.
