Pink Ramshorn Snails must be collected within ONE HOUR of delivery receipt and photographed UNOPENED.
Photo of dead Pink Ramshorn Snails in the unopened bag must be sent within TWO HOURS of the delivery receipt.
If BOTH of these requirements are followed, we are able to offer a 100% refund or a replacement package at no cost to the customer.
If either of these instructions are not followed, the guarantee is null and void.
Please do not leave Pink Ramshorn Snails outside in the sun or mailbox, package should be taken in within 1 hour of delivery. Any Pink Ramshorn Snails left outside or in mailbox will die from extreme temperatures
