We keep our caridina in stable, clean RODI filtered water which has the following parameters:

Temp: 72 - 80 degree F
We use Salty Shrimp as our remineralizer and recommend using the same product as it's been hugely successful for us and Brightwell Aquatics Rio Escuro as our buffering substrate (buffering substrate is required to keep these shrimp!)
Tangerine Tigers can be acclimated to the same water parameters that neocaridina enjoy. These young shrimp will adjust well to your tank if you drip acclimate them and provide them with the same love and care as you would any other aquarium shrimp.

Orders are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday and in some cases Thursday.
All orders received after Wednesday will ship the following week. Shipping out from Florida to the lower 48 states only excluding Maine! Please be aware of extreme weather events which may cause a shipping delay. If I think a package will be harmed due to a weather or shipping delay which may be out of my direct control, your package may be withheld until it is safe to send it.

If you have any DOA shrimp, please take a photo before opening the bag and send it to us. We will promptly replace any dead shrimp.
Shrimp can survive up to 10 days in shipping when properly packed. We try our best to get your shrimp sent from our tanks to your doorstep within 3 days of shipping.
