For sale we have random color rams horn aquarium snails. Snails are kept and grown in natural low tech planted aquarium settings. They are uniquely cared for as pets with great attention and detail. These snails make great pets, tank mates for many aquarium fish, a aquarium clean up crew or algae eater. They can live happily in a very wide range of water parameters but prefer harder water or can have a low ph as long as there are minerals present. We keep them in hard water, soft water, black water, heated tanks, and in heated tanks and they thrive in all scenarios. We take great care in the shipment of our snails. They will be packed in small cardboard boxes and kept in “condiment” containers with some wet paper towels to ensure they don’t dry out and some aquarium plant material. The plants that they are packed with may contain algae (which the snails love) so if you are going to re purpose the plants into your aquarium along with the snails just be aware of that possibility. Every order will contain at least 2 additional snails to cover for DOA. Our DOA policy is that picture documentation accurately describing the situation and recording the date and time of within two hours of delivery must be provided.
