Once the snails arrive, please acclimate them with aquarium water after removing them from the dirty water they were in. Understand that it might take at least a day or two for them to get back to normal after being inside a dark package. To encourage to move, leave a small bit of food few inches away from them. With good quality water and temperature, they will start moving again in no time!
Someone MUST be available to pick up the snails, as leaving them in the mailbox must kill them.
Incase of DOA, please send us FEW clear pictures within 30 mins of delivery posted. The guarantee will be void after 30 mins.
We ship snail orders only Monday-Wednesday.  This is to make sure the order does not get held over the weekend in a shipping facility or truck with poor temperature conditions. This helps to ensure the condition and survival of the snails during the shipping process. We also do not ship on holidays as this can also leave the potential for the same happenings.
We will not refund any shipping costs.
